Device Return Process & Procedures

Refunds for Goods
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your goods.
We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:
- Good is broken;
- Good does not match the description.
- Good is not compatible with the customer's TV.
- The Internet is not strong enough to power the device.
- The item was damaged on arrival, or when it was removed from its original packaging.
Refunds for Services
We provide refunds for services sold on our Site as follows:
- To receive a full refund on returned items, all original parts must be included within the shipped packaging and in working order. Any missing, damaged, or broken pieces will be prorated and deducted from the final refund amount. Transaction details will be emailed to the customer once the refund is complete.
Returns
Items you wish to return to us can be sent back by visiting your local postal service. As you prepare to return goods by mail, review the following procedures:
- Complete the form on the Contact Us page of this website and explain your reasoning behind returning the product.
- Within 2-3 business days, Customer Support will contact you, verify your claim, and once approved, email you a packing slip to
include in your return.
- The customer will be responsible for paying the Return Fees to our office. Once the device is received and we verify that the unit has not been damaged, a full refund of the device rate will be issued.
