In the event, you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 3 hours before your scheduled appointment time.  We do not charge a fee for cancelations, but if our Techs arrive on site and you have not cancelled your appointment, you will be charged a $20.00 non-refundable fee. This fee must be paid before we will reschedule another service date, and will be added to your next month's bill.  Your monthly service will not be updated unless that fee is paid along with your bill.  To avoid this, make sure you plan appointments carefully and have someone 18 years old or older on site with the technician.
