Below are the actions required to Request a Cancellation:
 

- Complete and Submit the form on the Contact Us page of this website.  Please ensure that you include all your concerns, so we can     respectfully review them and approve your requests.
 

- Allow 2-3 days for Customer Support to complete the review and cancel your requested active subscriptions.
 

- Once the services have been cancelled, Customer Support will email you a confirmation.  
 

- Depending on the nature of your concern, we may escalate the issues to a same-day repair, and offer a 3-day courtesy. 
 

- During that time, the customer can review, determine if the issue is resolved, and reconsider cancellation. 
 

- The customer must contact Customer Support and request that the cancellation be disregarded.
