You will need to do a Speed Test standing beside each Tv, to ensure you have enough speed to power your streaming device. Once you have confirmed that you meet our criteria for speed at each tv, you can move forward with setup. Click on each step below for a better understanding of how everything works.

1. Provide you/and your 2nd person's info. to the Rep for accounts setup.

Download the (speedtest by Ookla) app to either your cell phone or tablet. You can find it at the Google Play or Apple Store. You can also visit speedtest.net on the web for another option. First, turn off your data on your cell phone. Once you have downloaded and installed the app, stand by each TV and run the speed test. Make sure you have at least 30mgbs of download speed. If not, you will need to call your service provider and upgrade to a faster speed or find another provider.
