

1. Test your speed using the Network Connection Module in Settings
2. Download an app to your device(Phone/Tablet) - SPEEDTEST by Ookla
*To use this method, be sure to turn your device Data(found in Settings) to OFF, and connect to your Home/Business Wi-Fi Network.

Gather the device (Phone/Tablet) you will use to test your speed and go to its Download Center. Click the Search Box and type: Speedtest by Ookla

Locate the app matching the above pic. Click, download, and install the app to your device.

Once the Speedtest installation is complete, select Open. Locate and click the GO button.

The testing will begin. Allow time for all testing to complete and display your Speed Readings(Download/Upload). Screenshot your readings and send it to your support agent.

A minimum of 20mbps is required to run our Live TV app successfully.
Repeat these steps beside each TV that will be used for our service. If your readings are much lower than the required 20mbps near every TV, you will need to contact your internet provider to increase your speed. If 1-2 TVs are displaying low-speed test results, you will need a stronger router or a Wi-Fi Range Extender. Contact our tech support for available options to boost
