Blackbox Technologies | Office Installation 

Click the Virus Protection tab to download the Virus Pro and Clean install package.  If you do not have TEAMVIEWER currently installed, click that tab as well.  It is needed for  the Tech Remote session.

  1. Click on the above box. A page will open with that says OfficeSetup.

  2. Click the Download Tab in the top left{Download as a Zip file}.

  3. Once the file completes, locate OfficeSetup in the Downloads folder.

  4. Right click and choose Extract All. Click Browse, move slider up, then choose Desktop.

  5. Click New Folder, Name it NewOffice, select Folder, and click Extract.

  6. Once it completes, inform your Service Tech.  They will remote in and finish install.
    *If TEAMVIEWER isn't installed, be sure to install it to activate remote session*

  1. Click on the above box. When page opens, click on the Blue Download box.

  2. On the following page, Teamviewer_Setup click
    Download Anyway.

  3. Go to your Downloads folder and
    click to open     Teamviewer Setup.

  4. Click on Default Installation. Then click Yes to Make Changes.

  5. Once installed, click on {I want to
    use free version for personal    } click Finish.

  6. Once the program opens. Look in
    the center column and give me
    (    Your Id and Password) under Allow Remote Control.

  1. Click on the above box. A page will
    open with that says     OfficeActiKit.

  2. Click the Download Tab in the top left{Download as a Zip file}.

  3. Once the file completes, locate OfficeActiKit in the Downloads folder.

  4. Right click and choose Extract All. 
    C    lick Browse, move slider up, then
    choose     Desktop.

  5. Click New Folder, Name it OActKit,
    select     Folder, and click Extract.

  6. Once it completes, inform your
    Service Tech.  They will remote in
    and finish install.
    *If TEAMVIEWER isn't installed, be
    sure to install it to activate remote
    session*
